The Crazy Sexy Diet

I've started this new journey. It's called "Crazy Sexy Diet"!

Here's a little back ground. The Crazy Sexy Diet was wrote by Kris Carr, in  2003 she was diagnosed with a rare and incurable form of cancer. So she changed her life style and started this "diet", for lack of a better word, It's a lifestyle upgrade.  She has since wrote 5 books, with Crazy Sexy Diet being a #1 best sellers on both Amazon and NY Times!!

I got her Crazy Sexy Diet book about a year ago and kinda toyed with the idea of actually doing it. Lately I've just kinda hit this BLAH feeling to much, I wake up and I'm tired all day and for some odd reason I seem to grab this book and it has truly inspired me to start it. She is always throwing compliments at you and encouraging you to be the best you!.

I cant wait to start and really get back into better health!
